PDF, Word, Excel and image converters. Your files never leave your browser and are never uploaded.

Free PDF, Word, Excel and image converters on one page: merge and split PDFs, Word to PDF, PDF to Word, Excel to PDF, PDF to Excel, images to PDF, PDF to images and text, and image format conversion (PNG, JPG, WebP). No sign-up, and your files are never uploaded; everything runs in your browser.

🔒 Note: A layout-perfect PDF ↔ Word conversion cannot be done in the browser. Instead we extract text from PDFs and HTML/text from Word files. Your files are not sent to any server, everything runs on this page, in your browser.

🖼️ Image format converter

Convert between PNG, JPG and WebP. PNG is lossless. For JPG/WebP you pick the quality. You can also shrink the size.

New format:

Transparency turns white when converting to JPG. Photo metadata (EXIF, location) is not carried over.

    🖼️➡️📄 Images to PDF

Put several images into one PDF, in order.

✂️ Split PDF / extract pages

Type a page range (e.g. 1-3,5) and get a new PDF. Leave empty to keep all pages.

          📄➡️🖼️ PDF to images

Save PDF pages as PNG images.

            🔤 PDF to text

Extract the text inside a PDF. (Scanned/image PDFs have no text.)

            📝 Word → HTML / text

Get the text and formatting of a .docx file as HTML or plain text.

            📊 Excel ↔ CSV ↔ JSON

Convert an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file to CSV, JSON or Excel.

              📝➡️📄 Word → PDF

Prints headings, bold text, paragraphs, lists and tables to PDF. A simple conversion: images, italics and custom layout are not carried over.

                📄➡️📝 PDF → Word

Turns the text of a PDF into a .docx, paragraph by paragraph. Layout, images and tables are not carried over, only text.

                  📊➡️📄 Excel → PDF

Prints the chosen sheet to PDF as a table. Colours, merged cells and charts are not carried over.

                    📄➡️📊 PDF → Excel

Splits aligned, table-like text into rows and columns and saves an .xlsx (a best guess; does not work on scanned PDFs). Each PDF page becomes its own Excel sheet.

                      Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The conversion happens entirely in your browser and your files never leave your device. Nothing is stored when you close the page.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

All tools are free and need no account or login.

Does Word to PDF keep the formatting?

It is a simple conversion: headings, bold text, paragraphs, lists and tables are carried over. Images, italics and complex page layout are not.

Do tables and images survive PDF to Word?

No, only the text is converted, paragraph by paragraph, into a .docx file. Scanned (image-only) PDFs contain no text, so the result is empty.

Is quality lost when I change an image format?

PNG is lossless. For JPG and WebP you choose the quality with a slider, and you can optionally shrink the width. Photo location data is not carried over.

Is there a file size limit?

Each file can be up to 60 MB. Very large files can be slow on phones or old computers.

How do I merge or split a PDF?

To merge, select several PDFs, press "Convert" and download the single file. To split, select one PDF, type a page range (for example 1-3,5) and download the new PDF.

                      Are password-protected PDFs supported?

Some operations may not work on password-protected PDFs. Remove the password first and try again.
